Work with Me

Hey there! Lauren, here. I’m a photographer, world traveler + happy hour connoisseur. I grew up in Atlanta, Georgia then attended Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. I graduated with a BFA in photography and left school only shooting film. I married my college sweet heart and after ten years of traveling the globe, living in places like India, we’ve put down roots in Oakland, CA.  We’ve also added our pup Paddington and little daughter Edie into the mix and it’s now my greatest opportunity to explore and teach my daughter to have a broad worldview and love all kinds of people.

I have been shooting in the Bay Area for a little over four years now and cannot believe I get to do this with my life! I never expected to call California home but it has sunk its sunny teeth into me. Most days you can find me at home working or experimenting with the design of our home (can we just move that wall!?)  in between Edie’s naps. Although juggling motherhood and my photography career can have it’s moments (kicking, screaming moments!), I truly value the relationships I develop with my clients. I work diligently to exceed the expectations of my clients, and help them realize their visions, I also take punctuality very seriously (maybe some would say I’m compulsively on time).

Documenting interior design, makers, entrepreneurs, and travel moments with my lens are the types of work my heart does a little dance for. My approach to photography is clean, modern and editorial. Creating work that showcases someone else's best work is so gratifying. My work has been featured in publications such asDomino, Rue Magazine, Homepolish, Houzz, 24 East and others.

Please email me to discuss your next project!
